Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, suggested working dilution(s): Use 5 ?g per 5 ml antibody dilution buffer for each mini-gel. For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration range of 2?- 10??g/mL is suggested. For immunofluorescent staining applications, a concentration range of 1 - 4 ?g/ml is recommended.?It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
