Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is?0.025-1 ?g per ml (1:500-1:20000 dilution). It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
25 ?l and 100 ?l of Direct-Blot? HRP antibody can be used for approximately 5 and 20 Western blots, respectively, at the recommended concentration/dilution.- Application Notes
