| 產(chǎn)品介紹 | This gene encodes the alpha chain of type X collagen, a short chain collagen expressed by hypertrophic chondrocytes during endochondral ossification. Unlike type VIII collagen, the other short chain collagen, type X collagen is a homotrimer. Mutations in this gene are associated with Schmid type metaphyseal chondrodysplasia (SMCD) and Japanese type spondylometaphyseal dysplasia (SMD). [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]. SWISS: A1L4P2 Gene ID: 1300 Ⅹ型膠原是一種短鏈的非纖維性膠原，正常存在于軟骨化骨中心及骨骺軟骨生長(zhǎng)板內(nèi)，僅見于軟骨細(xì)胞肥大區(qū)及鈣化區(qū)前沿，在關(guān)節(jié)軟骨見于鈣化軟骨層，由肥大軟骨細(xì)胞特異表達(dá)，只短暫出現(xiàn)，可能參與軟骨鈣化的調(diào)節(jié)，是正常和異常骨形成的標(biāo)志。 有學(xué)者認(rèn)為：Ⅹ型膠原在骨性關(guān)節(jié)病中可作為軟骨細(xì)胞表型不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的診斷標(biāo)志 ，是大量關(guān)節(jié)軟骨細(xì)胞發(fā)生凋亡，最終導(dǎo)致關(guān)節(jié)軟骨變薄，關(guān)節(jié)下骨變硬、增厚的主要原因。 |
